This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit deltify.pt, why, for how long, and what your rights are. It applies to every page of the site.

2. What we collect and why
Contact form
When you write to us through the form, we collect your name, email and message to reply and follow up on your request. The legal basis is answering your request (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
The message is stored on our website and emailed to our team. We keep these messages until you ask us to delete them.
Spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA)
To tell people from bots, the form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 by Google Ireland Limited. reCAPTCHA collects technical data about your device and how you interact with the page (for example your IP address and browser type) and sends it to Google. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the site and our inboxes from abuse. More information: Google’s privacy policy.
Visit statistics (Google Analytics) — only with your consent
If you accept statistics in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 (through the Site Kit by Google plugin) to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, visit length, where the visit came from, device type and approximate location. This data is processed by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. It is kept in Google Analytics for at most 14 months. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time under “Cookie settings” in the footer. If you do not accept, Google Analytics is not loaded.
Hosting
As with any website, the server temporarily logs technical requests (for example the IP address) for security and operation.
Third-party content
Some pages load fonts (Google Fonts) and code libraries from external services (cdnjs, jsDelivr). To deliver them, these services receive your device’s IP address.

Cookies are small files the site stores in your browser. We use the following:

4. Your rights
You may ask us at any time for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting what was done before. To do so, write to geral@deltify.pt.
If you believe your data has not been handled lawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt), or with the authority of your country.

We may update this policy when the site changes. The date of the last update is at the top of the page.
