ADOP

We built the mobile app for ADOP (the Portuguese Anti-Doping Authority) to put a fast, reliable reference tool in the hands of athletes, coaches and doctors. Where rigour is everything, the app checks medicines and substances instantly against WADA’s (World Anti-Doping Agency) Prohibited List, helping to prevent inadvertent doping.

The app was designed to be intuitive and safe to use even under pressure, such as at competitions or in urgent medical appointments. Besides substance checks, it is a direct channel for news, integrity alerts and educational material, supporting ADOP’s mission to educate and to protect athletes’ health and the values of sport.

The result is a robust technology solution that modernises how the Authority and the sports community interact. By turning complex databases into an agile mobile interface, the ADOP app has become a cornerstone of doping prevention and control in Portugal, keeping critical information available anywhere, at any time.
