For Hanon Systems we built a digital platform that transformed how automotive component repairs are managed. The old process relied on Excel files sent by hand between departments, which caused operational friction and delays, since each part could only move forward once updated data arrived.

The new solution brings each part’s whole lifecycle into one system, with real-time data and role-based access. This removed information silos, gave supervisors full control over the operation and made sure everyone works from a single, secure, always up-to-date source of data.

The most striking impact was the full automation of KPIs and reports. Consolidating data used to take a week of work every quarter; now it is instant — a direct saving of 4 weeks a year, the equivalent of one month of work. With human error out of the way, Hanon Systems now decides on precise, immediate metrics.
