For the Erasmus+ National Agency, now the Institute for Higher Education, we built SABE+, a robust platform that manages the full lifecycle of applications for funded projects. The system follows every step of the process — from the beneficiary organisation’s first submission to financial execution and close monitoring of contracts — bringing the whole workflow into a single, transparent digital interface.

The solution stands out for its automation and integration. It generates contracts automatically from dynamic templates, validates documents intelligently and makes direct communication between the National Agency and beneficiaries easy. It is also fully synchronised with external European systems, so data is exchanged with the central institutions of the European Union securely and automatically.

The result is a drastic reduction in administrative workload and in the margin for error, turning a complex bureaucratic process into an agile digital ecosystem. With SABE+, the National Agency optimised the distribution of funds and improved the support it gives organisations, making sure European funding is managed with maximum efficiency and full traceability.
