For IRN (the Portuguese Institute of Registries and Notary) we built the “Public Procurement Accelerator”, a strategic tool designed to speed up the purchase of goods and services. The core challenge was to turn traditionally complex administrative processes into simple digital flows, with strict legal compliance and unprecedented operational agility.

The platform simplifies every critical step, from planning and launching tenders to awarding and managing contracts. With smart automation and an interface built around the user, we removed bureaucratic bottlenecks and manual errors, and made every process fully traceable.

The impact was immediate and measurable: the client reported productivity gains of around 3x. By tripling its capacity to process new contracts, IRN freed up resources and accelerated its own modernisation. The project is a success story in public administration, showing that the right technology can triple an organisation’s efficiency without giving up rigour and transparency.
